Quetzalcóatl, the "Feathered Serpent" is the God Creator of Men who gave them the Corn and is the most powerful God in Meso-America. He represents the Prehispanic legacy that is in the heart of every Mexican. For He is also one of them -- that Quetzalcóatl.
Now to be reborn on the Playa of Burning Man 2023
Through Quetzalcóatl, we are reminded of our own divinity and our connection to Mother Earth and each other. With this knowledge, community minded life resides in our origins and together we can make amazing things happen.
The Quetzalcoatl Reborn Project is made by Crescent Works Collective lead by two women of 2 different generations and backgrounds that have in common their love of Mexico and its amazing and wide culture and want to transmit that to the world in their belief that the prehispanic legacy that Mexico has as a country is really a small part of the huge range of ancestral legacy that exists all over our common home, the Planet Earth. And it is important that we all can know where we came from as a human race, since we all come from the same initial point in History and we are all one.
